Moreover, it connects buyers and sellers with a more convenient, faster transaction & closing process.

Company Needs

Our client needed an app that gives users access to the real estate market via Android and iOS mobile devices. The company already had a mobile app built by the local team, though they wanted to create its next version — that was where CyberCraft helped. The key requirement was to expand features and functionality. An app should allow users to buy and sell real estate. 

A setup for an application should be as follows: sellers get notifications on the bids on their properties, while buyers investigate available properties. Before buyers could bid, they’d show proof of funds. From there, the highest bidder would win the property, and we’d facilitate the transaction. 

Partnership With CyberCraft

The CyberCraft team helped the client to do refactoring and build new features for the application. For example, an ability to add multiple objects to a portfolio – Portfolio PDP.

An updated app was redesigned and adapted to the users’ expectations. Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket were used as tools. Deployed product is suitable for brokers who enjoy faster transactions. It also allows investors to find better opportunities and an exciting online bidding experience.
